16-oz. can shoe peg corn, drained
16-oz. can small green peas, drained
16-oz. can French style green beans, drained
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 medium jar pimento, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. onion, chopped
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing and stir.
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour
over vegetables and stir. Refrigerate for 24 hours. DO NOT STIR
AGAIN until ready to use.
