1 can tiny green peas, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 16-oz. can French style green beans, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. celery, finely chopped (opt.)
1 small jar pimentos, drained
Mix all ingredients.
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool
completely. Stir into vegetables and refrigerate.
