12 oz. bag shaved Brussels sprouts
1/3 c. walnuts
2 Tbsp. finely shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
1 lemon
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper

Put sprouts, walnuts, and cheese in a large bowl. Zest lemon and
squeeze juice into small bowl. Add zest, salt, oil, and pepper to
lemon juice. Stir well, then pour over sprouts; toss and serve.
