1 c. sweet pickle, chopped 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 c. onion (or less), chopped 5 hard boiled eggs, diced 1 sm. jar pimentos, drained 1 stack saltine crackers, crushed 1 pt. mayonnaise (I use less; just moisten) Mix all ingredients except crackers and mayonnaise. Add crackers and mayonnaise to taste. Can wait to add crackers just before serving. I usually double the recipe.
