8 slices bread
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Line 9 x 13 baking dish with bread. Sprinkle with cheese, then
sausage. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture
over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
