4 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, browned, drained, crumbled
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Place cubed slices of bread (sometimes I toast them) in a 9 x 13
baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread; add cheese. Mix eggs
and milk, then pour over cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can
be refrigerated overnight and baked the next morning.
