3 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. ham, diced 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. green pepper, diced 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press into bottom of 9" pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Combine ham, cheese, and green peppers. Put over crust. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over all.
