1 1/3 c. chopped ham
1 1/3 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
deep dish pie shell
Put ham, cheese, onion, and green pepper in large bowl. Combine
mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch. Mix ham mixture and
mayonnaise mixture. Combine well. Pour into deep dish pie shell
that has been pre-cooked for 10 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 350
and cook for 45 minutes or until set.
