8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. heavy cream or half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pie crust
Combine all ingredients well, then pour into pie crust. Bake at 375
for 45-50 minutes.
