8 eggs 1/2 c. half & half 1 c. chopped ham 1/4 c. green pepper 1/4 c. onion chopped 1 c. cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 400. Beat eggs and add half & half. Stir until blended. Add ham, pepper, onion, and cheese. Stir until mixed well. Spray 9 x 9 baking dish with Pam. Pour mixture into dish. Bake 25-30 minutes. Be sure center is cooked before removing from oven.
