1 lb. hot sausage 2-3 slices bread, diced 6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Cook sausage; drain. Place bread in bottom of pan or baking dish. Place sausage on top of bread. Mix eggs, salt, milk, and cheese in bowl. Pour over sausage and bread. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
