EASY BACON, EGG, AND TOT BAKE

1 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, and chopped
6 c. potato tots
1 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. green onion
ketchup (opt.)

Preheat oven to 400. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until
blended. Pour into baking dish and top with 1/2 of the bacon.
Place frozen potato tots in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet
with sides. Place baking dish and cookie sheet in oven and bake 20
minutes. Place tots on top of Bisquick bake, top with cheese and
remaining bacon and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes.
Top with green onions. Serve with ketchup.
