1 chicken, cut up 1 stick margarine 2 c. cornflakes, finely ground 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. 7-UP I like to skin my chicken to reduce fat intake, but you don't have to. Melt margarine. Place into small container. Mix ground cornflakes and salt. Place into another small container. Roll chicken pieces in margarine, then in cornflakes. Place into greased or sprayed baking dish. Pour 7-up around chicken. Sprinkle remaining cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
