1 c. cooked chicken, diced, retain broth 1 c. cooked rice, cook in broth 1 c. celery, diced 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise cornflakes for topping 1/4 c. melted margarine Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Top with cornflakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted margarine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
