2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 1/2 c. tomato ketchup 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. ground red hot pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in the crock pot to make the sauce. Add chicken, coating it well in the sauce. Cook on high 3-4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. Shred or cut up the chicken and replace it in the BBQ sauce in the pot, stirring to be sure chicken is coated. You can keep the crock pot on low to keep chicken warm. Serve on hard rolls.
