1 14-oz. spaghetti sauce
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
6 small boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 c. mozarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Pour sauce in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir in 4
Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Add chicken, coating evenly. Cover with
foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and top with mozzarella and
remaining 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Bake another 5 minutes until
cheese is melted. Serve over cooked pasta. Serves: 6
