6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. bottled Russian salad dressing
1 c. apricot preserves (can use peach)
Arrange chicken in microwave baking dish. Combine remaining
ingredients; spread over chicken. Cover with waxed paper or
plastic wrap. Bake on full power for 12-14 minutes or until
chicken is tender. Turn chicken pieces over halfway through
cooking time. (Can use whole fryer cut into pieces.)
