4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing 1 c. melted margarine 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 12 oz. can evaporated milk 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey 10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 small jar diced pimento salt and pepper Mix stuffing and margarine. Put 1/2 of stuffing in 9 x 13 pan. Mix soup, milk, chicken, peas, onions, pimento, salt and pepper. Pour over stuffing in pan and top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
