2 cans cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. of any cooked meat or vegetable 1-2 cups of herb stuffing mix 1 stick of butter cut into pats Preheat oven to 350. Mix soup, sour cream, and cheese. Add meat or vegetable. Pour into greased 9 x 13 greased casserole dish. Top with stuffing and add pats of butter all over the top. Bake about 45 minutes. I use this recipe for chicken casserole, broccoli casserole, squash casserole, and scalloped potatoes.
