SKINNY CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts without skin
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
garlic powder (opt., to taste)
2 sliced carrots
1 stalk celery, diced
1 medium pepper (green, red, or yellow), diced
fresh mushrooms, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
paprika, to taste
1/4 c. soy sauce

Arrange chicken in baking dish (may use any cut of chicken). Season
with onion flakes and garlic powder. Put carrots, celery, pepper,
and mushrooms in dish. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
Pour enough water in dish to cover bottom. Pour soy sauce over all
(may add more or less). Bake covered at 375 for 1 hour. Uncover
and bake another 10 minutes.
