CHICKEN POT PIE

(In Memory of Helen Holt)

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can celery soup
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. milk

Place chicken in baking dish. Add mixed vegetables on top. Mix
celery soup with broth and pour over chicken and vegetables. Mix
flour, pepper, margarine, and milk. Pour over soup mixture. Bake
at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
