IRON SKILLET MEATLOAF

(Meatloaf)

2 eggs
2 tsps. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. ketchup
large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1/3 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Combine in bowl eggs, ketchup, onion, salt, pepper, and
Worcestershire sauce. Stir until blended. Add beef and oats. Mix
well. Dump mixture into skillet; press to shape. Bake at 350 for
1 hour. Remove from oven and add topping. Combine 1 1/3 c.
ketchup and 2 Tbsps. brown sugar. Top meatloaf. Bake 25 more
minutes or until done.
