1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
Mix tomatoes, Worcestershire, pepper, onion, garlic, and thyme in
crock pot. Season steak pieces in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown
slightly in oil. Place in crock pot on top of tomato mixture and
mix slightly. Cook 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low. Serve
with noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta. Can be baked at 325
in Dutch oven for 2 hours.
