1 lb. 90/10 ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
28 oz. can vegetarian beans, drained
1/2 c. Splenda brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. ketchup
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. vinegar
Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper and drain. Pour into
baking dish. Add beans, brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar
and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Tastes better the next day.
