1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
prepared mashed potatoes (good use for leftovers)
1 can of tomato or mushroom soup
Brown beef and onion in frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Line a casserole pan with prepared mashed potatoes. Top mashed
potatoes with beef mixture. Pour the can of soup on top of beef
mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes.
