1 lb. ground beef 14-oz. jar pizza sauce 16 oz. mozzarella cheese 3/4 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick) 1 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs Cook ground beef until browned; drain. Spoon beef into an 8" square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole evenly. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
