2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium chopped onion
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chicken broth
3 diced potatoes
4 sliced carrots
1 chopped celery stalk
Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix flour, salt and
pepper; pour over meat and stir to coat. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high 4-6
