3-4 lb. beef brisket garlic salt onion salt celery salt 1 bottle liquid smoke Worcestershire sauce 1 bottle BBQ sauce, any kind salt and pepper to taste Sprinkle brisket with garlic, onion, and celery salts; place in glass dish.. Pour liquid smoke over roast. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight. Next day, rub Worcestershire sauce over roast. Bake at 275 for 3 hours. Remove from oven and pour BBQ sauce over roast. Add salt and pepper. Cook 1 hour longer. Slice when cool. Sauce may be refrigerated and fat skimmed from top. Freezes well. Note: A friend from Texas gave me this recipe 45 years ago and it has been a family favorite.
