1 onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 c. butter 1 lb. lean ground beef 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. flour 8 oz. can mushrooms 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream Saute onion, garlic, and butter. Stir in meat and brown; drain. Add salt, pepper, flour, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles.
