2 lbs. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1/2 c. chopped celery (opt.)
1/4 c. chopped medium onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
Combine ketchup, celery, onion, brown sugar, vinegar, and dry
mustard in a pan; cook until vegetables are done. Add hamburger
and heat mixture. Serve on hamburger or hot dog buns. Add
lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise or mustard, if desired, or eat
plain. Freezes well.
