1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup 1 c. cooked medium noodles 1 c. cooked corn 1 c. green beans 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 t. salt 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown ground beef and onion, stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup, stirring occasionally. In a large casserole dish mix noodles, corn, beans, water, mustard, salt, and 3/4 of the cheese. Pour ground beef mixture over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. This recipe doubles easily.
