1-2 lbs. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 1 egg 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (Herb flavored) 1 c. warm water 2 jars beef gravy Chop onion and mix well with hamburger. Add egg and stuffing to burger mix, then shape burger mix into large balls. Cook and brown until done. Mix gravy and water, pour over hamburger and simmer covered 10-15 minutes.
