3-4 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 stick butter
1 pkg. ranch dip mix
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Place roast in crockpot. Place butter on top. Sprinkle ranch mix
and onion soup mix on top. Add peperoncini. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
