1 bag Frito's Corn Chips 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or venison 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 jar mild salsa 8 oz. sour cream 1 bag shredded cheese (I use Mexican blend) 1 small can black olives (opt.) Layer bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan with 1/2 bag Frito's. Cook ground beef and taco seasoning as directed on package. Add layers of beef, salsa, sour cream, and cheese with other toppings if you'd like. Complete layers with cheese being the last layer. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
