5 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. applesauce
3 tsp. Tabasco (I used Frank's Red Hot)
5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 envelope Lipton onion soup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
sea salt to taste
Mix ingredients and make patties. Grill, top, and serve.
