4 boneless pork chops
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (leave skins on red potatoes)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. grated cheese
Brown chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Top with potatoes.
Combine other ingredients, except cheese, and pour over potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 300 for 1 1/2 hours. Top with cheese and return
to oven until cheese is melted.
