SLOW COOKER BBQ RIBS

4 lbs. pork baby back ribs
salt and black pepper to taste
2 c. ketchup
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce

Preheat oven to 400. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place on
shallow baking dish and brown in oven 15 minutes on each side.
Drain fat. In a medium bowl, mix together the other ingredients.
Place ribs in 6 qt. slow cooker. Pour sauce over ribs and turn to
coat. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or until ribs are tender.
