1 lb. hot sausage 1 green pepper, diced 1 stalk celery, diced 1 onion, chopped 4 1/2 c. water 2 pks. Lipton Instant Chicken Noodle Soup Mix 1/2 c. rice Brown sausage and vegetables; drain. Boil water, Lipton soup mix, and rice for 7 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover with sliced almonds if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
