1/3 c. ketchup 1/2 c. vinegar 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. light brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced (opt.) 1 tsp. salt pepper to taste 2 small jars peach strained baby food pork tenderloin Combine ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Reserve at least 1/2 cup of sauce. Place tenderloin in shallow glass baking dish, pouring sauce over meat. Marinade 3-6 hours or overnight. Bake at 300 for 2 hours, basting occasionally. Let cool for at least 10 minutes to make slicing easier. Serve meat with remaining sauce.
