6 wieners, split and cut into 1/4" bites 1 onion, sliced 1 tsp. basil 1 stick butter 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can celery soup 3 soup cans milk 3/4 qt. tomatoes or juice 1/2 bag egg noodles, cooked sour cream to taste (1 tsp./bowl of casserole) Brown wieners, onions, and basil in butter. Add soup, milk, and tomatoes; then add noodles. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add sour cream to individual servings. Notes: Add extra can of soup with milk when doubling recipe. I have learned to use 3 pkgs. wieners, sliced crosswise. I also use a whole bag of egg noodles. Can add sugar when everything is mixed. Substitute 1 c. finely diced celery, boiled until done, for the celery soup plus another c. milk.
