6 or 8 oz. can lump crab meat
1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1-2 slices of bread, diced (start with 1)
1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
1 Tbsp. tartar sauce or mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients well; pat into cakes. If necessary use more or
less bread crumbs, depending on the moistness of the cakes. Fry in
oil, turning as necessary to produce golden brown cakes. Drain
well between paper towels and serve.
