CRAB QUICHE

(Recipe by Beth Freeman)

1/2 lb. crabmeat (canned white works well)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1" deep dish or 2 regular pie shells

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 1 deep dish pie
shell or 2 regular pie shells. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
