1 small onion diced 3 Tbsp. green pepper, minced 2 sticks celery, diced 2 Tbsp. oil 8 oz. fresh crab meat 1 hard boiled egg, chopped 15 crushed Saltine crackers 1 egg, well beaten dash Tabasco dash Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. sherry 1/2 c. light cream 2 Tbsp. butter, melted Saute vegetables in oil; set aside and let cool. Mix remaining ingredients except butter. Form into crab cakes and saute in butter until browned. Salt and pepper to taste.
