COLORADO CRAB SALAD

(In Memory of Aunt Elley Bailey)

1 lb. imitation crab meat
1/2 fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)
1/2 c. red or yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. red onion, finely chopped

In medium sized bowl, cut crab meat into small pieces. Squeeze
juice from lemon over crab meat. Add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Serve with crackers.
