2 lbs. King Crab legs 1/2 c. butter (salted or unsalted) 1/2 head garlic (about 5 cloves), minced and pressed 1/2 lemon juice 1/8 c. extra virgin olive oil sea salt 2 pinches dried parsley Preheat oven to 375. In a small saucepan over medium low heat, melt the butter. Add garlic (pressed) and sauté lightly. Add lemon juice. Turn the heat to low and let flavors mesh until the oven is nice and hot. Add salt to taste and parsley; whisk in olive oil and turn off heat. Arrange crab legs in a 9 x 13 baking dish, brushing each leg with the sauce. If desired, use an injector to inject some sauce directly into the legs. Pour any remaining sauce over legs. Place baking dish into oven on the center rack and bake for about 25 minutes. Every 5-7 minutes, brush sauce from bottom of pan onto legs. Remove from oven and place legs on serving dish. Pour sauce from dish into a ramekin and use as a dipping sauce for the legs.
