2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
1 large can evaporated milk
1 jar chopped pimento
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped red pepper
1 tsp. parsley
2 eggs, beaten in 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
In large bowl, melt Velveeta cheese in microwave. Add other
ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 45
