SOY-MARINATED FISH FILLETS

2 lb. fresh or frozen fish filets (Flounder, Orange Roughy, Mahi Mahi)
1/3 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. Tamari soy sauce (be sure to use Tamari)
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

Combine cooking oil, Tamari soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and onion.
Mix well. Pour over fish in plastic bag which is set in deep bowl.
Close bag and marinate fish 30-60 minutes at room temperature.
Save marinade.

Preheat grill on high 10 minutes. Place fish in grill basket coated
with Pam. Cook 10-18 minutes (10 minutes for each 1" thickness) on
medium high until done, turning once. Brush fish occasionally with
marinade. Makes 6 servings.
