Option 1: 1/2 turkey breast 1 bottle Italian dressing 1 lb. Hardwood Smoked Bacon Option 2: l lb. deer (hind quarter or tenderloin) 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce 1 lb. Hardwood Smoked Bacon Boil deer or turkey on stove top for 20 minutes. Rinse and allow to cool. Cut into 1" cubes (not too thick). Marinate turkey in Italian dressing and deer in Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate overnight. Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each piece of deer and turkey in bacon and place on skewers. We grill these using charcoal. Since meat is already cooked, just needs to cook the bacon. Cooking with charcoal gives more flavor.
