1 c. grated squash
1 c. sugar (or a little less)
1 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 stick butter, melted
Mix all ingredients. Pour into Pyrex pan; cook at 350 for 30
minutes. Makes its own crust.
