1 stick butter
1/2 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
3 c. squash/onion, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix. Line casserole dish with 1/2
of mixture. Combine other ingredients and spoon over stuffing mix.
Cover with rest of stuffing mixture and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
